As athletes and coaches, our time is limited and resources can be minimal. Our booklet condenses 10 weeks of the best movements for power, speed and strength to quickly develop yourself in preparation specifically for your football season. 5 main phases of lifting are broken up into this linear periodization program to help your body adapt and to keep your gains. As an athlete or coach, we know it is tough building a template to help streamline your time in the gym. Let us handle that! Great program. I increased almost every max by 20+ lbs. I also got significantly quicker, faster and more explosive. The workout was easy to follow and only took about 45-60 minutes per workout 4 days per week. The percentage chart made it really easy to find my exercise weights which was nice. Highly recommended, especially since it’s only $29. Massive value! I had a couple questions along the way and Steve (the owner and creator of the program) was super helpful in answering them for me!

Incredible program. I love what it can provide to my 5A HS Football program. Very well thought out. Excellent Detail. Excellent Programming. Easy to use and implement. Furthermore, the booklets are an incredible resource for your athletes. Allows them to really track their progress and buy into the program. The booklets become a huge motivator to keep them involved, keep them pushing, and keep them thinking about the program, the end goal, and how the program is going to work.
