This is our general athlete program. Its made for those not in a sport yet or in-between sport seasons. This booklet condenses 10 weeks of general movements for power, speed and strength to to develop yourself for any sport or to get yourself in shape. 5 main phases of lifting are broken up into this linear periodization program to help your body adapt and to keep your gains. We know it is tough building a template to help streamline your time in the gym. This booklet will help you get focused with a definitive track for your sets and reps.
